Our new recycling unit is designed to elevate your drilling fluid management. It features a robust desander powered by a 37kW slurry pump, offering a high flow rate of 120 m³/h. With two 250 mm hydrocyclones and a double-layer screen—each layer measuring 1050 x 1800 mm—this system ensures effective removal of solids. The unit also includes a desilter with a 37kW slurry pump and the same 120 m³/h capacity, using twelve 100 mm cyclones and a single-layer screen for efficient fine particle separation. Completing the setup is a reliable 15kW slurry discharge pump, capable of transferring fluid at 80 m³/h, ensuring smooth and consistent operation throughout your project.
